1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TopWorldStartups.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

TopWorldStartups is a digital advertising platform featuring a 1,000 × 1,000 pixel grid (1,000,000 pixels total). Users can purchase pixel blocks at a rate of $1 USD per pixel and place their company logo, which links to their website. The grid is publicly visible to all visitors.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to purchase pixels. You may sign up using GitHub, Google, or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pixel Purchases

All pixel purchases are processed through Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. Prices are in USD. Each pixel costs $1 USD. The minimum purchase is a 10 × 10 block (100 pixels, $100 USD). Once a pixel block is confirmed, it is permanently displayed on the grid. Pixel positions are assigned either automatically (top-left to bottom-right order) or manually selected by the buyer.

5. Content Guidelines

By uploading a logo or linking to a website, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to use the logo and content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your content is not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Your linked website does not contain malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
• Your content does not promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of logos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant TopWorldStartups a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content on the grid. The TopWorldStartups name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

7. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh. All sales are generally final. For our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

8. Analytics & Data

We provide analytics (views, clicks, CTR) for pixel block owners. This data is collected through our internal tracking system and is provided as-is. We use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager) to improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to this data collection.

9. Limitation of Liability

TopWorldStartups is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific traffic levels, or any particular business results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pixel purchase. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and remove your content if you violate these terms. In cases of termination for cause (e.g., illegal content), no refund will be provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
