Overview
At TopWorldStartups, we want you to be satisfied with your pixel purchase. Because pixel blocks are digital goods that are immediately displayed on the grid upon confirmation, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

All payments are securely processed through Polar.sh
All payments for pixel purchases on TopWorldStartups are processed through Polar.sh, our trusted payment provider. Polar.sh handles all payment processing, security, and transaction management. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Technical failure
Payment was processed but the pixel block was not created or confirmed due to a system error.
Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for the same pixel block.
Within 48 hours
Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase, provided your logo has not received significant traffic.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the pixel block has been confirmed and is live on the grid.
- Dissatisfaction with the amount of traffic or visibility your logo receives.
- Failure to upload a logo after purchase (your pixel block still exists and can be updated).
- Content removed due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases made more than 48 hours ago without a valid technical reason.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@topworldstartups.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The pixel block ID or position (visible in your dashboard)
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or details
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Polar.sh and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately remove your pixel block from the grid and suspend your account. Please contact us first — we're happy to resolve any issues.
